The 2026 Download Festival once again brought music fans from across the UK, and beyond, to Castle Donington. Approximately 95,000 people attended the annual rock festival. Most of the dbs apartments were fully booked throughout the event.

Guests included contractors constructing the stage, along with the lighting and significant infrastructure. Some stayed the night before the campsite opened, to get there early and grab a good spot and some purely for the 3 days of music.

We were delighted to welcome all the guests staying in our serviced apartments and houses, offering them a comfortable, spacious alternative to hotels and camping. Many enjoyed having a peaceful place to relax after a day at the festival, with fully equipped kitchens, comfortable living areas and free parking.

Interestingly, not all of our guests were on holiday. Several combined their stay with a Day Office at the DBS Centre in Castle Donington village, allowing them to catch up on work before heading to the festival.
